Facility & Equipment Details

Description

Located in the Neuroscience Research Building (NRB/IHP) at Upstate Medical University, the Neuroscience Microscopy Core (NMC) provides users with training and access to state-of-the-art microscopes (laser scanning confocal, spinning disk confocal and light sheet) to advance their research. NMC instruments are capable of full-spectrum volumetric imaging of live cells, tissue sections and optically-cleared tissue blocks, at cellular to sub-cellular resolution. The latter is empowered by our stimulated emission depletion (STED) super-resolution system. Please contact the Core Director if you would like a tour of the facility or to discuss access to its instruments.
