XtaLAB Synergy-S is a dual microfocus (Mo, Cu) X-ray diffractometer for single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The system includes a high-speed kappa goniometer, a hybrid photon-counting detector, and multiple redundant electromechanical safety circuits.
