Abstract
Improvement of performance and robustness of high resolution DOA estimators continues to be a problem of significant interest. In this paper, a method for estimation of DOAs of multiple sources based on Bayes theory is presented. Its performance is demonstrated by simulations whose results show that the resolution achieved by the Bayesian approach is much superior to the ones obtained by MUSIC and other standard algorithms for high-resolution DOA estimation.
