Abstract
Increasing computational power has presented a new challenge to designers. Designers must decide whether to include more detailed analyses of new designs or to reduce the design cycle time. Increasing the detail in the analysis phase of a complex product can greatly increase the amount of iteration required. The desire to produce products "Faster, Better, and Cheaper" places a time constraint on the analysis of new products. The research presented in this paper focuses on developing an innovative methodology to both allow highly detailed analysis while organizing these analyses to be as efficient as possible, reducing the design analysis cycle time.
