Abstract

"Dis-stance" (Ent-fernung) is Dasein's spatiality as "bringing-near": an entity's "far-ness" (Ferne) is overcome or or abolished (ent-), and brought into the proximal ambit of Dasein's coping engagement in the significant nexus that is its world.
