Abstract

An overview is given on concrete and effective models to help students study abroad and attract international students from around the world. Topics covered include how to promote study abroad to faculty and students on campuses, where students can study engineering overseas, financial aid and scholarships, and how to prepare students for the study abroad experience. The discussion also explores ways to welcome international students and how to advise them on academic and internship opportunities.
