Abstract

New measurement of the mass of the Σc+ was carried out. It was found that M(Σc+) - M(Λc+) = (166.4 ± 0.2 ± 0.3) MeV. The measurements were found to be consistent with expectactions based upon the previously observed isospin partners of these two particles.
