Abstract

Gastrointestinal complaints are common presentations in the pediatric office. Primary care pediatricians must be able to identify and manage many different conditions. This issue of Pediatric Annals provides overviews of some of the most common complaints pediatricians may encounter, including abdominal pain of functional origin, gastroesophageal reflux, inflammatory bowel diseases, celiac disease, and liver disease.
