Abstract
Assumptions about family role (breadwinner vs. caregiver) influence both monetary and non-monetary incentives offered to men and women, but can be short-circuited with explicit information about family role. With the exception of leadership training, providing explicit counter-stereotypical information had positive effects on rewards for both men and women.
