Abstract
A 71-year-old female with a history of aortic regurgitation presented to the echocardiography laboratory for routine follow-up of valve disease. An asymptomatic right atrial mass was detected, and on further work-up the patient was found to have a hepatoma. Metastatic tumors may present as asymptomatic intracardiac masses on echocardiography.
