Abstract
The assignment of copper NQR frequencies and crystallographic sites is discussed for the oxygen deficient compound YBa2Cu3O7-δ. The NQR spectrum of the YBa2Cu3O6.2 is contributed only by a single crystallographic copper site. The absence of the signal of the other copper site may be due to localised magnetic moments on this site. The comparision of 63Cu and 65Cu NQR spin lattice relaxation times (T1) indicates the presence of magnetic fluctuations. The fluctuation rate is strongly temperature dependent, interpreted as an evidence for a magnetic transition.
