Low temperature annealing effect on plasma sprayed mnzn ferrite for planar transformers of high frequency applications

Research output: Contribution to journalConference articlepeer-review

Abstract

Low temperature annealing effect on plasma sprayed MnZn ferrites for planar transformers of high frequency applications was studied. The magnetic properties of as-sprayed ferrites showed the magnetization of 55 emu/g and coercivity field of 122 Oe. Zn loss during the spray process changed the metal ratio of the spray powder.
