Abstract
The probability of baryon number violation and multiple production of W and Higgs bosons is known to be related to the instanton-anti-instanton (TT) interaction. We evaluate the Higgs-induced part of this interaction, corresponding to "streamline" gauge configurations. As it is known to be repulsive at large TT distances, the question was raised whether it can produce a "second barrier" and significantly reduce the tunneling probability. However, our results show that this is not the case.
