Abstract
The nonlinear properties of Josephson junctions (JJ) are of great interest from the standpoint of applications in digital and pulsed devices. Until recently such devices were constructed primarily based on the use of hysteresis of the current-voltage characteristic (IVC) of JJ with a high capacitance, which substantially limited their speed of operation. That is why in recent years there has been interest in developing digital devices not requiring hysteresis of IVC and therefore employing JJ with a low capacitance. The purpose of this work was to analyze the reproduction of quantized pulses by JJ systems.
