Abstract

We study the resonant peaks in the low-temperature magneto-resistance measured in open quantum dot arrays at high magnetic field. The peaks appear at the field where the innermost edge channel passing through a dot array begins to be depopulated. From the gate voltage dependence, the peaks shift to lower magnetic field along the depopulation field at the point contact region in the dot array. We discuss the possible origin considering the charging effect in small puddles at the point contact region.
