Abstract
The long-term success of dental implants depends on maintaining the health and stability of peri-implant tissues. Early detection of changes in soft and hard tissues around the implants is vital for the longterm maintenance of dental implants. Radiographs are one of the primary tools used to monitor the bone levels around implants after placement and during maintenance visits, enabling the detection of any changes in peri-implant tissues. This chapter outlines the significance of radiographic findings for the long-term success of dental implants.
