title = "Submillimeter cyclotron resonance lasers and their applications",
abstract = "Tunable cyclotron resonance lasers have been produced recently for submillimeters spectroscopy. The lasers are single germanium crystals in the form of parallelepipeds. The use of shallow impurity spectroscopy is considered. An experiment was performed at fixed laser frequency with the sample magnetic field sweeping at different values of the sample electric field. 2-d semiconductor structure studies are also reported. Typical magnetotransmission spectra for a 2D electron gas in a GaAs-AlGaAs heterojunction and semi-metallic GaSb-InAs-GaSb layer are shown.",
