Abstract

A simple and inexpensive method for the preparation of oligoribonucleotides using N-isopropoxyacetyl(phenoxyacetyl)-2' ‘-O-(2-chlorobenzoyl)-5’-O-dimethoxytritylnucleoside H-phosphonate building blocks has been developed.
