Abstract
In this case, Demitri is a student who is visually impaired and hard of hearing due to CHARGE syndrome. Demitri has an aide and uses accommodations for his lack of verbal language and his behavioral needs. Demitri also benefitted from pre-teaching and various equipment, rule, and instructional modifications. In addition, with the help of sign language and a picture communication system, he decreased his aggressive behavior and was more engaged in his physical education class.
