Abstract

This study and its results provide processors and users of thermoformed products with a comprehensive view of what thermoforming does to the properties of one of the most important commercial thermoformable materials; HIPS. In addition the data should be of interest to polymer physicists in their quest for a good understanding of the relationship between structure (molecular or macroscopic) and properties in polymeric systems.
