Test-retest stability, mood-state dependence, and informant-subject concordance of the SCID-AXIS II questionnaire in a nonclinical sample

Ten week temporal stability and informant-subject concordance for the Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-III-R Axis II Questionnaire (SCID-IIQ) was examined in a nonclinical sample. In addition, internal consistency and the effects of depressed mood state on the personality scales were assessed. Results indicated that the personality scales were reasonably stable over time, not influenced by state depression, and relatively concordant with informant reports. However, the internal consistency of the scales was moderate-low. Future research should evaluate the diagnostic efficiency of the SCID-IIQ.
