Abstract
Small-angle neutron scattering was used to study the effects of several drugs and additives on the aggregation number, core and corona radii and interparticle interaction distance of Pluronic F127 micelles. Depending upon their molecular weight and partition coefficient, these drugs were found to cause changes in the micellar structure. Our findings have implications on the performance and design of F127 drug delivery formulations.
